Our client, a Japanese Multinational Company, was unable to do their daily operations due to the Mail Server problem from the service provider. They could not access to the Mail Server as the service provider did not inform the client when they upgraded their server. It resulted in a major disruption towards their operation because they rely heavily on e-mail communication.

We conducted a server migration by minimizing the damage and ensuring a smooth migration. We were able to deliver on-time and on-budget. This process took a short time span of one week.
